Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium<\/strong> has chosen to support Eroica<\/strong>, a cycling event, founded by Giancarlo Brocci<\/em>. Eroica has been inspiring cycling enthusiasts<\/strong> from worldwide since 1997<\/strong> with an always increasing passion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eroica: the birth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eroica has born in Gaiole in Chianti<\/strong>, a small town of Siena’s province. Giancarlo Brocci<\/strong> first founded the Granfondo Gino Bartali<\/em> and then Eroica<\/em> inspired<\/strong> by his friendship<\/strong> with the cyclism champion Gino Bartali<\/strong>.Eroica has become an authentic cultural movement<\/strong>, and makes ride thousand of people from California<\/strong> to Japan<\/strong> and South Africa.<\/strong>All ages people can freely<\/strong> participate<\/strong>. This event pays homage<\/strong> to the cycling<\/strong> golden era <\/strong>and it stands out for the vintage atmophere<\/strong>: riders wear vintage garbs<\/strong> and pedal down along tuscan countryside<\/strong> on their historic bicycles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eroica Juniores: the future<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eroica Junior has been designed for young cyclists<\/strong> and it takes place on simpler routes<\/strong> than the Classic Eroica. This event aims to provide the opportunity <\/strong>both to race within an educational environment<\/strong> and to promote the authentic cycling<\/strong> among young people<\/strong>.Both events, Eroica and Eroica Juniores embody passion<\/strong>, tradition<\/strong> and adventure and the Consortium<\/strong> deeply trusts<\/strong> these values<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eroica Juniores: when and where<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eroica Juniores – UCI Nations’ Cup 2024 <\/strong>will take place from<\/strong> Thursday April<\/strong> the 18th<\/strong> to Sunday April<\/strong> the 21st<\/strong> running across the provinces of Siena<\/strong>, Grosseto<\/strong> and Arezzo<\/strong>.It starts from Punta Ala <\/strong>(GR), with a time trial of 22km<\/strong> finishing to Castiglione della Pescaia<\/strong> (GR). Immediatly afterwards a 68km<\/strong> road race will take place with start and finish in Castiglione della Pescaia<\/strong> (GR).Friday the 19th<\/strong>. The second stage will finish in Piazza del Campo<\/strong>, Siena with a 110km<\/strong> race started from Cinigliano <\/strong>(GR).The third stage will be on Saturday the 20th<\/strong> from Siena<\/strong> to Montevarchi<\/strong> (AR), and finally the Fourth<\/strong> and last stage, from Siena<\/strong> to Chiusdino<\/strong>(SI).We are talking about an internation event<\/strong> with a total of 176 riders<\/strong>, both italian and foreign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
